Vision Helpdesk V3.1.0 Stable Version Released

Today we have released Vision Helpdesk V3.1.0 Stable Version. This version includes approximately 200 plus bug fixes and below listed new features.

New Features in V3.1.0

  • Ticket Drafts — You can save your ticket reply and use it anytime later.
  • Ticket Lock  — If Staff  A is working on some ticket and Staff B opens same ticket then Staff B will be notified that Staff A is already working on same ticket. This avoids multiple replies from staff to same ticket.

  • Custom Hook  — Using custom hooks you can add single login with any 3rd party scripts.
