Migration of V2 to V3
Our team is ready for helping you to migrate from V2 to V3 — Existing customers should open support ticket at firstname.lastname@example.org
Provide your cPanel or ftp and database login details in ticket we will get the migration done.
V3 is not just an upgrade — V3 will be installed fresh with new database and with our migration tool we will migrate your tickets, clients etc to V3.
I have purchased V2 License — Am I eligible for upgrade to V3 ?
Existing Owned License Customers should have their support and upgrades package active. If your support and software updates package is expired you will have to purchase support and software updates package from our client portal — http://secure.visionhelpdesk.com/cart.php
Existing Monthly Leased Customers have free upgrade to V3.
What will be migrated from V2 to V3 ?
With our migration tool we can migrate your V2 Tickets, Clients, Ticket notes, Staff and Email Queues.
What happens to V2 customization ?
V2 customization are NOT migrating to V3. If you have done customization in V2 please contact our support team to discuss how the similar changes can be done in V3.
I have purchased V2 but never installed it or I have V2 setup but migration is not needed..
You can contact our support team to update your license to V3 license and you will be able to download the V3 setup from client portal. You can simply download the new setup and install it.
