Our company will be completing 10 years in February 2015 and Vision Helpdesk product will complete its successful 8 years. We are extremely happy to announce that we are coming up with Vision Helpdesk version 4 very soon. (Right this moment we would not like to disclose any final release date for V4 but we will post more updates in coming days to provide you with more information on final release dates)
